Applicant form data and captures stay in volatile browser memory and are not uploaded or stored persistently, except that after explicit consent the optional spelling aid sends only a manually typed first name in the request URL to names.datasourceapi.com, where it may be publicly cached. AAMVA/scanner-imported names remain local. Closing or reloading clears the session unless you download an output.

This workflow checks the paper card's NAM, DOB, POB, SEX, ORI, fingerprint date, reason, and impressions. LEA is also required by this service. Card dates print as MM/DD/YYYY; EBTS dates use YYYYMMDD. This service does not create or validate an electronic EBTS transaction. Electronic EBTS would carry missing/unprintable positions in Type-2 data; this paper workflow does not repurpose MISCELLANEOUS MNU.
